We will exchange or refund defective merchandise or incorrect items within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and have the original tag attached. A copy of the original receipt or invoice is also required.
To return any Breeze Bronze online purchase:
1. E mail us at fmjusa@verizon.net to request a return authorization number. Please indicate your name, your e-mail address, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason. If it is an exchange, please specify the new item and/or size that you are requesting.
2. We will e-mail you with the return authorization number, which must be submitted along with your returned merchandise.
3. Return the item to us by mail with the return authorization number.
4. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will e-mail you a confirmation and will send you a refund check or the exchange item, as requested.
